1）Characteristics and applicable scope:
TD type vertical bucket elevator can be used to conveying powdery, granular, small massive and other non-abrasive or semi- abrasive materials, instead of HL type elevator, such as Coal, sand, dust coke, cement, and water mineral.It consists of movement part （material bucket and belt）, upper section with driving drum, lower section with tension drum, intermediate casing, driving set, and backstop brake. This machine has the characteristic of rapid centrifugal discharging and adopt rubber conveyer belt as the driving component, so it is not suitable for conveying big materials. The material temperature should not exceed 60℃. However, the temperature can be up to 120℃ after using heat-resisting rubber belt.
This elevator has totally 6 norms, with the Conveying capacity ranging from 9 to 238m3/h, the lifting height 5 to 40m; Therefore, the old-fashioned D-type bucket elevator has a broader applicability.
