| 1）、Characteristics and applicable scope：
Spiral conveyer is widely used in a variety of industrial sectors, such as Building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal, aluminum, machinery, light industry, grain and food industry. The materials can be cement, coal, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand and so on, and the material temperature should be lower than 200 ℃, when it is applied to horizontally and inclinedly conveying, with the inclination angle less than 20°. The materials can be particle and small bulk materials when it conveys horizontally and inclinedly, with the inclination angle less than 15゜. It makes use of the screw arbor welded with helical blades to convey revolvingly. It has advantages of small conveying cross-section and good tightness.
Spiral conveyer can not be used to convey perishable, viscous and sticky materials.
